To offer a wider range of curated baby and children’s items, some products ship directly from our suppliers and may arrive in separate packages.

Snuggle Nest Collection ships orders through a network of trusted suppliers and fulfillment partners. This allows us to offer a thoughtfully curated selection of baby and children’s items delivered directly to you.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to select locations based on product availability and supplier coverage. Shipping options will appear at checkout.

Note: Many items ship from within the United States, but some products may ship from outside the U.S. Delivery times vary by item and destination.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time includes order confirmation and preparation by the supplier before your package is handed off to the carrier.

Delivery Estimates

Shipping speed depends on the item, supplier location, and destination. Typical estimates:

  • Many U.S.-shipped items: 3–10 business days after processing

  • Some items shipping from outside the U.S.: 8–20 business days after processing

Please note: delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and customs processing (if applicable) may affect arrival times.

Split Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may ship from different suppliers or warehouses. This means:

  • Your order may arrive in multiple packages

  • Packages may arrive on different days

  • You may receive separate tracking numbers for the same order

Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available). Some tracking links may take 24–48 hours to update once the carrier receives the package.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs (if any) are calculated at checkout and depend on the product and destination. We may offer free shipping on select items or during promotions. (Most items shipped from within the U.S.A. include Free Shipping. :)

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an address is incorrect and the order has already shipped, we may not be able to reroute it. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can assist with reshipping (additional shipping fees may apply).

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check around your delivery location and with neighbors or building staff. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us at info@snugglenestcollection.com, and we’ll help you investigate with the carrier/supplier.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll work with you on a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the item and availability.
