Return Policy

At Snuggle Nest Collection, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery (based on carrier tracking).
To start a return, email [your customer service email] with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Returned with original packaging and tags/labels intact (when applicable)

Once your return is approved, we’ll send instructions for next steps.

Final Sale and Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and special-order reasons, we do not accept returns for:

Teethers or other hygiene items if opened or used (final sale once opened)
Personalized or custom-made items
Final sale/clearance items
Gift cards (if applicable)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund (depending on availability).

Return Shipping

We provide a return shipping label for eligible returns.
The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund, unless the item arrived damaged/incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you with the approval status.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your payment provider to post the refund.

Afterpay Orders

If you used Afterpay, your refund will be processed through Afterpay after the return is approved. Afterpay will adjust your payment schedule accordingly.

Exchanges

We don’t guarantee exchanges due to limited inventory. If you need a different size or style, we recommend returning the eligible item and placing a new order.
